2020 has been a difficult year for people around the globe. It has most definitely impacted multiple aspects of people’s lives.
I have always been a huge advocate for self reflection. It has helped me with identifying strengths, areas of improvements, and goal setting.
I have mostly performed my self reflections in my mind by asking 3 questions:
- What did I enjoy? What did I do well?
- What am I dissatisfied with?
- What can I do to improve for the future?

2020, Year of Remote Work
Thanks to COVID-19, 2020 is the year that forced many companies to adopt a remote work model. There are many tools, such as Slack and Zoom, to enable most teams to work together without seeing each other in real life.
