2020 has been a difficult year for people around the globe. It has most definitely impacted multiple aspects of people’s lives.

I have always been a huge advocate for self reflection. It has helped me with identifying strengths, areas of improvements, and goal setting.

I have mostly performed my self reflections in my mind by asking 3 questions:

  1. What did I enjoy? What did I do well?
  2. What am I dissatisfied with?
  3. What can I do to improve for the future?

Over time, I realized that there are so many other questions that I could ask myself to self reflect…

2020, Year of Remote Work

Thanks to COVID-19, 2020 is the year that forced many companies to adopt a remote work model. There are many tools, such as Slack and Zoom, to enable most teams to work together without seeing each other in real life.

However, just using the tools is not enough to ensure transparency and productivity in a remote work environment. In addition, teams need to establish an organized ecosystem of tools to eliminate problems such as communication gaps.
